Our Company
WoodBare is a family-owned business located in Okotoks, Alberta which is minutes south of Calgary. We've been a part of this community for over a decade.
Our business has progressed from tinkering in the garage to developing unique pieces of art. We want to allow the natural beauty of wood shine and we do this by using a variety of hardwoods that provide a variety of natural colours.
Colin is our craftsman who spends the majority of his time developing artwork in his shop. Amanda helps with design and colour selection as well as the day-to-day paperwork required to run a small business.
Our Products
Woodbare focuses on items turned on a wood lathe. We create urns for end-of-life celebrations that can be customized based on our client's preferences and life. We also create bowls and vases. While we try to keep some items on hand, we focus on the customization of our products to ensure our customers receive items that reflect their aesthetic and style.
Our quest for comfort has also caused us to create Adirondack chairs. We have several styles including stationary, rocking, and child sizes. We also create matching footrests.
